The position

As a Manager Labelling at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage a team responsible for creating development artworks
  • Set objectives and deliver results that have a direct impact on the department’s success
  • Recruit, interview, and orient new team members
  • Provide training and development opportunities for your team
  • Ensure consistency in deliverables and drive improvements
  • Maintain the highest levels of quality in all labelling materials
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and make decisions as a team
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in any science field or comparable degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience and 7+ years of industry experience in RA Labelling
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop team members
  • Experience in supporting internal QA audits.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
About the department

The RA Labelling team in Bangalore is part of our global RA hub, consisting of four teams of high-caliber regulatory professionals and graphics designers. Our objective is to offer core Regulatory Affairs (RA) competencies to enable Novo Nordisk to secure fast, high-quality product approvals. We provide strategic and operational support on a global scale across the value chain, working closely with our colleagues in RAHQ, Denmark, and our affiliates worldwide. The team in Bangalore is located in a vibrant and fast-paced environment, where collaboration and innovation are key.
