Job Description: Product Manager (B2C)

Location: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field

- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product management with consumer facing products. Experience in the fin-tech/mobility sector or managing accelerated growth would be a plus Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive actionable insights from data.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and international clients.

- Project management skills with a focus on managing product lifecycles from ideation to launch

- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user behaviour analysis.

- Knowledge of legal, financial and tax compliances around tech, of both domestic and international Growth & Strategy:

- Lead the growth and scalability of Kazam's mobile application focusing on user acquisition, retention, and overall product performance

- Develop strategies to enhance EV owner engagement, increase charging sessions, and improve utilization rates for charge point operators

- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to craft go-to-market strategies that target and engage key user segments

Onboarding & Interoperability:

- Manage the onboarding of charging stations across various networks via interoperability protocols like OCPP and OCPI, ensuring seamless integration and expanded network availability.

- Ensure interoperability between Kazam's platform and third-party charging stations, maintaining high standards of compatibility and performance

Client-Focused Development:

- Oversee the development and management of white-labeled mobile applications for offshore clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs and ensuring a smooth user experience

- Monitor and analyze user flows, user behavior, and performance metrics for white labeled applications to optimize client satisfaction.

- Ensure that all white-labeled products comply with the relevant legal and tax regulations in the clients' respective markets.

Market Research & Roadmap Development:

- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs, using these insights to inform the product roadmap.

- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with both Kazam's strategic goals and the unique needs of offshore clients.

- Stakeholder Management & Compliance:

- Collaborate with stakeholders across Kazam and client organizations to align product goals with broader business objectives.

- Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards for data security, privacy, and tax compliance, particularly for international clients.

User Feedback & Continuous Improvement:

- Gather and analyze user feedback from Kazam's mobile app and white-labeled solutions to drive continuous improvement and feature enhancements.ax

- Implement updates and new features that address user needs and improve overall product performance.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented Product Manager with a passion for scaling products in the EV sector, managing international client relationships, and ensuring compliance across diverse markets. You will play a key role in driving Kazam's product innovation and customer satisfaction across a global user base.
