The Role
You will be responsible for :
Customer Acquisition: Convert marketing-generated leads into customers; develop and execute short-term/long-term sales plans to meet revenue goals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and provide feedback for product improvement.
Key Account Management: Develop new accounts, manage key customer accounts, and identify growth opportunities.
Operations & Reporting: Oversee end-to-end sales support, track performance, and report on sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business objectives.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Corporate Banking, Ed Tech and Real Estate industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
