Introduction:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and Bing, and will possess a strong foundation in SEO, content marketing, and social media management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive engagement and conversions through innovative digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and Bing. Monitor budgets and adjust bids to gain better ROI. Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

  • SEO Optimization: Implement and manage search engine optimization strategies to enhance organic search visibility and SERP rankings. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and competitor analysis.

  • Content Marketing: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that includes crafting high-quality, relevant content for various digital platforms aimed at attracting and engaging target audiences and driving leads.

  • Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, analysis, and follower engagement, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and objectives.

  • Web Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make recommendations based on insights. Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to develop integrated digital marketing campaigns. Ensure that marketing efforts are coordinated across channels to maximize effectiveness.

  • Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates on PPC, SEO, and content marketing.



RequirementsQualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital media, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years experience in a digital marketing role, with a focus on paid media, SEO, and content marketing.

  • Extensive experience with Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.

  • Proficient in SEO practices and tools, with a capability to analyze data and provide insights.

  • Strong understanding of content management systems and social media platforms.

  • Experience with Content writing is an added advantage.

  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions.
