Associate - Client Support/Business Development

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's products/services. Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of client needs. Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Sales Pitch and Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to articulate the value proposition of the company's offerings. Customize presentations based on client requirements and market trends. Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals. Lead Generation: Generate and nurture leads through various channels. Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify potential business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation. Pipeline Management: Manage and update the CRM system to keep track of leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the management team regarding market needs and product enhancements.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in business development with a focus on cold calling. Familiarity with the sales process and techniques. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support. Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Openness to working evening shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM). Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
