JobDescription:We are currentlyseeking four highly skilled Inventory Controllers to join our teamfor a temporary assignment in Jubail KSA. The ideal candidates willhave expertise in inventory management proficiency in SAP ERP andMES systems and advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation. Theprimary objective of this role is to ensure meticulous control overour inventory processes and systems with a focus on accuracy andefficiency.KeyResponsibilities:
  1. Performmonthly reconciliation between Manufacturing Execution System (MES)Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and physical inventory recordsfor two companies operating in Jubail.
  2. Conductrandom physical inventory counts on a weekly basis to validateinventory accuracy and identifydiscrepancies.
  3. Analyze inventory data andtrends to identify opportunities for process improvements andsystem enhancements.
  4. Provide formalizedrecommendations for optimizing physical inventory managementprocesses and strengthening controlmechanisms.
  5. Develop and document comprehensivepolicies and procedures related to inventory management ensuringadherence to best practices and regulatoryrequirements.
  6. Collaborate closely withcrossfunctional teams including procurement logistics and financeto ensure alignment and consistency in inventory managementpractices.
  7. Generate detailed reports andanalysis on inventory performance variances and reconciliationresults for management review.
  8. Participate ininventory audits and support internal and external audit processesasrequired.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or arelated field. Advanced degree or professional certificationspreferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience ininventory control and management preferably in a manufacturing orindustrial setting.
  3. Proficiency in SAP ERP andMES systems with a strong understanding of inventory managementmodules and functionalities.
  4. Advanced skills inMicrosoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation includingexperience working with large datasets and complexformulas.
  5. Excellent attention to detail andaccuracy with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolveissues effectively.
  6. Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data andprovide actionable insights.
  7. Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate across functional teams and levels of theorganization.
  8. Proven track record of developingand implementing inventory policies procedures and controlmechanisms.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to changingpriorities and work effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  10. Fluency in English is requiredArabic language proficiency is aplus.
