PositionOverview:The Account Manageris responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships withassigned clients ensuring consistent timely and efficient deliveryof services. The role focuses on the creation management and ofstrategies to meet client needs while aligning with the company soverall vision. The Account Manager will serve as a key point ofcontact between clients and internal teams to ensure alldeliverables are on track and client expectations areexceeded.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Identifyand communicate roadblocks and bottlenecks to relevantteams.
  • Articulate clear timelines fordeliverables to both internal teams andclients.
  • Deliver effective and efficient clientpresentations that convey the brands strategy and marketingvision.
  • Accurately articulate the client sbrand strategy and vision ensuring all communications align withtheir goals.
  • Ensure monthly calendars areprepared and ready by the 20th of eachmonth.
  • Conduct 1 market visit per month to gaininsights into client needs and markettrends.
  • Maintain an 80% conversation rate inclient communication.
  • Develop and present atleast 3 ideas per client per month to improve businessoutcomes.
  • Facilitate monthly clientinteractions to strengthen relationships and alignstrategies.
  • Oversee creative quality controlensuring that all creative assets are aligned with the client sstrategy.
  • Demonstrate a drive to excel bytaking initiative in improving deliverables or assuming additionalresponsibilities.
  • Provide guidance andmentorship to junior Account Planners (APs) to foster theirprofessional development and success.
  • Aligninternal teams to ensure consistent understanding and of clientstrategies.
  • Take ownership of tasks withaccountability proactively identifying and solving issues that mayarise in achieving clientgoals.

Requirements:
  • Provenexperience in account management or related roles preferably in amarketing advertising.
  • Strong communicationskills with the ability to deliver presentations and articulatestrategies effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability tomanage multiple clients meet deadlines and exceedexpectations.
  • Knowledge and experience increative quality control and aligning strategies with clientgoals.
  • A proactive solutionoriented mindsetwith the ability to take ownership of responsibilities and leadteamseffectively.
