 Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Insurance Domain
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing teams and service level targets role for P&C Insurance Business, Facilitating goal-level creation for the team in line with Business goals and works with managers to ensure the goals are cascade to all associates
Guiding the talent identification and development process for the team 
You will be expected to be focused on the Business goals/challenges and know how to solve these using analytics and technology.

Responsibilities
One should have good knowledge of underwriting support work for P&C Insurance client. 
Thoroughly review incoming requests and policy issuance information for completeness. Record and refer those that are outside the guidelines to the underwriting department for approval. 
Provide quality control and assembly for all types of policies and endorsements generated by the business unit. 
Ensure that turnaround time and quality of documents meets Company service standards 
Provide customer service to underwriters, operations staff across the country(s) and other functions within Travelers. Contact internal resources to research and resolve issues 
Take ownership for work-in-progress issues as an individual and team member by continuously looking for ways to improve/streamline work and procedures, which increase the efficiency of the team. 
Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team and office goals are met of performing quality audits 
Should be responsible for weekly/monthly reporting to both internal management and client stakeholders

• Should have sound knowledge of P&C 
• Manage day to day production 
• Ensure all the SLA’s are met 
• Complete online training program 
• Monitor analyses and report on trends in the key underwriting performance drivers
• Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to manage and mitigate the risks 
• Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area 
• Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment 
• Queue Management – Effectively managing and monitoring queue 
• Performing Quality Audits and sharing detailed feedback for maintaining quality standards. 
• Root Cause Analysis on escalations received 
• Very good problem-solving skills & attention to detail. 
• Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems 
• Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment 
• Ability to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work 
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Any Graduate 
• Relevant experience in Underwriting support function for P&C Insurance Industry (Underwriting) 
Communication – Good Written and spoken Communication Skills
• Typing Speed – 35 WPM with an accuracy of 95% 
• Excel Skills – Intermediate 
• MS Word- Intermediate
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Preferred to have Underwriting, Issuance, Renewals and Endorsement
