• Should have At least 4+ Years of Experience in Fusion Technical or Techno-functional experience in Oracle HCM

• Ready to take-up challenging projects and roles Product Skills • Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product

• Should have participated as a technical/techno-function resource in end-to-end implementation projects

• Strong expertise in SQL and a good understanding of HCM tables • Good hands-on HCM Extracts / BIP / OTBI Analyses & Dashboards.

• Expertise in RTF, Excel, and E-Text Templates. • Hands-on experience in customizing Payslip templates

• Expertise in different Sandbox tools like HCM Design Experience Studio, Page Composer, Structure, etc.

• Good understanding of Roles and Application security. \

\• Must have worked in Data Migration of Payroll Objects for implementation projects

• Good understanding of using SOAP web services and Rest APIs and able to help the OIC PaaS team.

• Strong written and verbal communications skills • Good to have functional knowledge in at least two of the below modules.

• Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation and, OTL

• Experience in creating Technical design documentation and SIT/UAT Test scripts.

• Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities
