Job description :

Must-Have Skills :

- Minimum 5+ Years of Oracle HCM Cloud Technical experience with at least 2 End-to-End implementations.

- The technical track of client engagements to perform activities such as technical design, build, unit testing, and solution design.

- Must have experience in HDL, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HCM

- Strong Knowledge of Technical Capabilities of SaaS Fusion Platform.

- Experience in Core HR, Absences, Payroll, and Recruitment modules.

- Hands-on Experience in Data Loading Tools like HDL Data Loader, and Spreadsheets Data Loader.

- Experience in etext templates

- Participate in the quality assurance process for all technical deliverables.

- Very strong hands-on exposure to Fusion HCM Business Objects for Data conversions.

- Extensive Experience in SQL queries and HCM Tables.

- Very strong hands-on exposure to HCM Extracts.

- Very strong hands-on exposure to BI Reports.

- Very strong hands-on Experience in Fusion Personalizations and Sandbox.

- Very strong hands-on exposure to Roles and Security.

- Good in Writing Technical Specification Documents, as-is, and To-Be Documents
