We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee and guide our finance team. This role is key to driving financial strategy and ensuring operational excellence within our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll processing.
  • Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST returns, TDS deductions, and filings, as well as other applicable taxes.
  • Develop and maintain internal financial controls and procedures, ensuring adherence to GAAP/IFRS.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, including detailed variance analysis and financial modeling.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize financial risks.
  • Oversee and ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with audit standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices in accounting and tax compliance.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of accounting experience, with 3 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling. Zoho Books is Plus. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and ensure tax compliance.
