Asa Tele sales position executive you will be responsiblefor:
Makingoutbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote ourproducts and services Identifying customerneeds and offering solutions that match their requirements andbudget Building rapport and trust withcustomers and providing excellent customerservice Following up with customers andclosing sales Meeting and exceeding salestargets and KPIs Maintaining accurate andupdated records of sales activities and customerinformation Working collaboratively withother sales and marketing teammembers
Tobe successful in this role you shouldhave:
Aminimum of 10th pass or Experience in Real Estate orequivalent A minimum of Insert ExperienceLevel of experience in telesales preferably in the InsertIndustry A proven track record of achievingsales goals and quotas Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills in English Kannada andHindi Strong negotiation and persuasionskills A positive and enthusiastic attitudeand a willingness to learn A high level ofselfmotivation and discipline Ability towork under pressure and handle rejectionsAvailability to work
