Job Description:

Typically:
• Applies a specialized understanding of the assigned part of the technical support and systems, as well as interfaces with related areas. Supports system set-ups and changes, based on the information provided. Assists in analysis of information.
• Handles more complex activities with moderate variation. Deals with less straightforward questions, adjustment with many sources of information necessary within and outside business supported.
• Works within a limited variety of well-defined procedures and practices (not necessarily standardized) and is supervised on progress and results by manager. Works autonomously within this defined scope, directly supporting management and specialists.
• Guides internal stakeholders based on basic data analysis.
OR
• Undertakes activities on all machines or within all functional areas.
• Job holder carries out various tasks, where choices based on comparisons need to be made, with a focus on recording or information provision. Possible to propose improvements but not necessarily implementing immediately. Supporting junior staff. Activities are mainly routine.
• Job holder works based on general guidelines and plans work activities. Solutions for deviations are chosen based on own estimation of the situation and requests.
• Typically works on all (production) lines at a site or location.
• Works under broad guidance and supervision from the lead or supervisor for complex activities.
