  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and insights that support decision-making and performance tracking
  • Provide strategic guidance in selecting and managing vendors
  • Ensure timely updates to procurement policies, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic direction

Role Requirement
  • Support the Procurement Transformation Lead in managing the design and execution of the transformation program
  • Conduct deep dives into procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with procurement teams and other departments to execute key transformation initiatives
  • Provide strategic input into technology implementations that enable procurement digitization and automation
  • Create and manage a roadmap for successful implementation of procurement initiatives
  • Develop communications and training plans to ensure organizational adoption of new processes and systems

As a Procurement Transformation Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the transformation of procurement practices within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to assess current procurement processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop a comprehensive framework for optimized procurement operations. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement change initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

The aim of the Procurement Transformation Program is to move the procurement function from a traditional transactional model to a more strategic, value-driven approach. You will be part of a cross-functional team focusing on key initiatives:

  1. Supplier Relationship Management
  2. Operational Efficiency and Risk Management
  3. Strategic Sourcing
  4. Technology Enablement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Professional / Technical Certifications

  • Strong understanding of procurement technology solutions (e.g., ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

Language Skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience (approximately 5+ years) in procurement processes, analysis, and improvement
