Currently, Airbus is looking for a Service Delivery Manager - Cybersecurity, to join the Cybersecurity for Extended Enterprise team in the Bangalore, India location.
He/She will be part of the Digital function and is responsible for the day to day build & operation of the Global Cyber Security Team located in India.
The successful candidate shall establish team goals by evaluating, identifying & understanding the business strategy and technical trends as well. He/she shall accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and leading the team in the right direction.

The Service Delivery Manager - Cybersecurity will work with the Product Manager for Security for Extended Enterprise.
Security for Extended Enterprise is improving digital cybersecurity maturity and effectiveness on affiliates, suppliers and customers. Its missions are to reduce overall Group risk exposure and to ensure a secure collaboration from a global end-to-end vision from suppliers to customers.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Post Graduate with 8+ years of experience in IT, Cyber or equivalent field.
Expert level:
Proven Project Management skills: organized with a proven ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and utilize time effectively to drumbeat your and your team’s activities
Proven Leadership skills: experience in leading teams and defining roadmaps
Experience driving product goals and deployment strategy
Communication (verbal and written) and professional networking skills
Proactive and can-do attitude
Ability to shift between domains and multi-skills experience is highly desirable
Intermediate level:
Security Solution & Program Management (Understanding in managing the technologies like Firewalls, VPN, VDI, NAC, Bastion, DLP, IAM, MFA, antimalware, IDS/IPS, proxies,...)
Capability to understand and deliver new business and customer requirements in the Digital domain
Other:
Knowledge of Aerospace domain (desirable but not mandatory)
Knowledge on Projects methodology & Service Management best practices (Agile, SAFE, Scrum, ITIL,...)
Basic French knowledge is a plus
Tools: Jira, Confluence and/or Planisware knowledge is a plus
Tasks & Accountabilities
As the successful candidate your main tasks & accountabilities are:
TEAM MANAGEMENT:
Lead the Services Delivery team (Security Analysts, Security Architect) amongst daily activities
Coordinate and allocate requests related to Security for EE operational activities
Ensure support to the team members when required (decision, escalation, guidance)
Record decisions and follow-up actions
Ensure documentation updates
SERVICES DELIVERY & KPIs:
Follow services delivery performance metrics and indicators to assess progress and performance
Provide weekly KPIs and key information updates to manager
Prepare monthly KPIs and key information for department reporting
Lead weekly team meetings to track progress and issues, and to provide information to the team
Identify areas for improvement, provide ideas, and implement them when agreed
COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING:
Follow and update actions tracker and ongoing activities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Security for EE stakeholders (DMT, VB, others), ensuring coordination and cooperation
Organize meetings when required: define attendance, prepare material, share the minutes of meeting
Attend workshops and major meetings and take notes to share with the team
