JobOverview
We are seeking an experiencedFICO Model Franchise Head to oversee the implementation
and management of our franchise operations across variouslocations. The ideal candidate
will possess a deepunderstanding of franchise models exceptional leadership skills anda
strong background in finance and operationsmanagement.
KeyResponsibilities
Franchise Development:
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the franchisenetwork.
• Identify and evaluate potentialfranchise partners and locations.
• Conduct duediligence and feasibility studies for new franchiseopportunities.
Operational Management:
• Oversee the daytoday operations of franchise outlets toensure adherence to
company standards.
• Implement operational procedures and ensure consistencyacross all franchise
locations.
•Provide support and guidance to franchisees in resolvingoperational issues.
FinancialManagement:
• Manage thefinancial performance of franchise operations includingbudgeting
forecasting and financialreporting.
• Monitor franchisee financialperformance and ensure compliance with financial
policies and standards.
• Develop and implementfinancial strategies to optimize profitability.
Training andDevelopment:
• Develop anddeliver training programs for franchisees on operationalprocedures
sales techniques and customerservice.
• Conduct regular training sessionsand performance evaluations for franchise staff.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure thatall franchise operations comply with legal regulatory andcompany
standards.
• Implementquality assurance programs and conduct regular audits to maintainhigh
standards.
RelationshipManagement:
• Build and maintainstrong relationships with franchise partners.
•Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees and address anyconcerns or
issues.
• Foster apositive and collaborative relationship between the company and itsfranchise
network.
MarketAnalysis:
• Analyze market trends andcompetitor activities to identify growth opportunitiesand
challenges.
• Develop strategiesto enhance market penetration and brand presence.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration Finance or a related field. AnMBA
or equivalent advanced degree ispreferred.
Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience infranchise acquisition with a strong background
infinance and operations. Previous experience in the healthcaresector is a plus.
Skills:
•Proven track record of managing franchise operations and drivingbusiness growth.
• Strong financial acumen andexperience in budgeting forecasting and financial
analysis.
• Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills.
• Effective communicationand interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyzemarket trends and develop strategic plans.
•Proficiency in franchise management software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
