2.BASIC FUNCTIONa.Executes mechanical maintenance relatedactivities3. JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE /SKILLS ANDABILITIESa. Haveknowledge in basic computer operation &functionsb. Able tooperate simple industrial equipment like forklift is an advantage(but notnecessarily)c. Caninterpret & draw mechanical drawing. Skilled in AutoCAD isan advantage.d.Able to identify different hand tools as well as power tools andable to use in rightapplication.e. Ableto work lengthy hours if needed and works all shift flexibly whenjob demands4. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS /MINIMUMREQUIREMENTSa. Atleast Three (3) years diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relatedfield.b. At leastThree (3) years work experienced (in same position applied) inceramic or tilemanufacturing.c. Orat least five (5) years work experienced (in same position applied)in any related manufacturingindustry.5. MAIN DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIESa.Performs breakdown maintenance. Evaluate and analyze job request& performs therepair.b. Performscorrective predictive & preventive maintenance as perestablishedstandardsc. Dailyinspection of equipment as per checklist & ensure operatesas per standard parameters and do corrections ifneeded.d. Involvein shop floor repair & reconstructingmaintenancee.Involve in routine lubrication machine alignment andcalibration.f.Maintains records and documentations. Handle time accounting& complete jobrequest.g. Complywith company safety guidelines &procedures.
