Ecosystem Mastery: Gain in-depth knowledge of the Siemens NX suite, including EasyPlan, NX Line Designer, and Plant Simulation, as well as the integration capabilities with AWS cloud services. Leverage this expertise to integrate these tools seamlessly into the manufacturing engineering workflows. Project Leadership: Lead projects focused on the implementation and enhancement of the Siemens NX ecosystem, ensuring they align with strategic goals and product cycle plans. Apply expert project management techniques to monitor progress, identify risks, and maintain control over project timelines and deliverables. Training Facilitation: Develop and execute comprehensive training programs tailored to upskill employees in utilizing the Siemens NX tools effectively. Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and materials, making adjustments as necessary to improve learning outcomes. Problem-Solving: Act as the first point of contact for any technical or operational issues arising from the use of the Siemens NX ecosystem, driving to swift resolutions. Establish a systematic approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues, documenting solutions to prevent recurring problems. Continuous Enhancement: Encourage ongoing improvements and updates within the Siemens NX ecosystem, ensuring the tools evolve to meet changing business needs. Stay abreast of the latest developments and updates from Siemens and AWS, advocating for the adoption of innovative features that can benefit the organization. Collaborative Engagement: Cultivate strong collaborative ties with IT, Manufacturing Engineering, and other relevant departments to ensure a unified approach to the Siemens NX ecosystem integration. Communicate effectively with senior management, providing updates, insights, and strategic advice on ecosystem performance and potential. Change Advocacy: Lead change management processes to ease the transition to new systems and processes, highlighting the value and efficiencies gained through the Siemens NX ecosystem. Work to overcome resistance by demonstrating clear ROI and benefits to various stakeholders. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field, with a strong focus on manufacturing systems. Solid experience with the Siemens NX suite, AWS, and other relevant manufacturing engineering software. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of managing complex projects. Certifications in project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile are highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on quick and effective issue resolution. Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical details to a non-technical audience. Proficiency in using project management tools and software. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate operational needs into actionable plans.
