Requirements
  • Developand design integration workflows and processes using Workato toconnect applications across cloud and onpremisesenvironments.
  • UtilizeWorkatos capabilities to create seamless data flows and automationbetween different systems with a focus on optimising businessprocesses.
  • Leveragestrong experience in Salesforce integration and customization toconnect Salesforce with other applications andsystems.
  • Implementsolutions that enable the synchronisation of data betweenSalesforce and external platforms ensuring a unified and uptodateview of customerinformation.
  • Analyseintegration requirements provided by stakeholders and conduct a gapanalysis to identify any missing or unmet needs in the integrationprocesses.
  • Workclosely with business users and IT teams to understand theirrequirements and translate them into effective integrationsolutions.
  • Demonstratea strong understanding of REST web services and API integrationprinciples.
  • Implementintegrations using RESTful APIs to facilitate communication betweendifferent systems and ensure dataconsistency.
  • Havesolid knowledge of Salesforce APIs including Salesforce (SFDC) andSalesforce Marketing Cloud(SFMC).
  • Workwith the Common Data Model to ensure standardised data structuresand seamless data exchange between Salesforce and other integratedapplications.
  • Applyproficiency in data modelling to design efficient data structuresthat support integrationrequirements.
  • UtilizeSQL queries to process data flows extract information fromdatabases and transform data as needed for successfulintegration.
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including business analysts developersand system administrators to gather requirements and implementeffective integrationsolutions.
  • Communicatetechnical concepts and solutions to nontechnicalstakeholders
