Within GSG, the Customer Listening team has created a Center of Excellence aimed at supporting Voice of the Customer (VOC) needs across the enterprise and is looking for talented colleagues to own the technical enablement for Conversational Analytics Solutions through the XM Discover Qualtrics platform.

In this role, the Senior Data Architect/Senior Developer will act as a subject matter expert for the Conversational Analytics XM Discover tool, help create/facilitate solutions aimed at meeting the business needs from this platform. This role also requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders (use case owners, relationship managers, Qualtrics developers, AET, among others).

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate XM Discover platform management with Qualtrics XM Discover team including new use case build efforts, production support and issue management.
Act as subject matter expert for XM Discover and related enrichments.
Support technical use case design and development.
Identify, Develop and leverage cross-functional initiatives that will improve the overall customer experience and provide more insights
Understand challenges, industry trends, consult and help business partners achieve their objectives.

Qualifications:
Hands-on knowledge of the XM Discover platform (previously Clarabridge) is a must. Existing knowledge of XM Engage will be a huge plus.
Proven knowledge in Qualtrics Data Analysis and Reporting Capabilities.
Prior Coding Experience-Java script, JQuery, HTML and CSS expertise is preferred.
Comfortable in a fast-pace, unstructured, and highly competitive environment. Detail-orientation with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability and willingness to work with partners across time zones and in several different countries and markets.
