Job Description:

The Senior Application Support Engineer will be a very hands-on, senior member of the Technical Support Team responsible for providing technical assistance to zeta interactive clients and internal business functions.This is a customer-facing role, and requires excellent prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service, along with excellent verbal communication skills.

Education: BSC / BTech / MCA / MSC

Shift Timings: EST / PST Time Zone

Role: 24/7 Support

Must Have,

Functional Skills and Experiences

Experience leading technical support teamsAt least 3+ years’ experience in 24/7 environment providing technical supportExtensive problem solving and debugging skillsExperienced in Problem and Incident ManagementExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFlexible in working outside of core business hours at short-noticeShould have excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience of managing customers across locations/ geographies is preferred.

Technical Skills and Experiences:

Strong in MySQL/Oracle database and with minimum 2 yrs. of work experience involving DBGood knowledge on Shell ScriptingGood Knowledge with Hand’s on experience on Linux Operating systemWeb technologies & Networking Basics ApacheTomcatWeb servicesDNSDHCPWWWROUTERIP ClassesFirewall

Good to have;

Linux Certification (RHCSA and RHCE) DB certification
