JobDescription:
Weare seeking a highly skilled Solution Lead to join our team inBangalore. As a Solution Lead you will be responsible for leadingthe development and implementation of software solutions using theMEAN Stack (MongoDB Express.js Angular Node.js) and TypeScript. Youwill provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to thedevelopment team to ensure the successful delivery ofprojects.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design architecture and development of software solutionsusing the MEAN Stack and TypeScript.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirementsand translate them into technical solutions.Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development teamensuring adherence to best practices and codingstandards. Mentor junior developersproviding support and assistance as needed to foster their growthand development. Lead code reviews ensuringcode quality performance and scalability ofsolutions. Drive the adoption of emergingtechnologies and best practices to continuously improve developmentprocesses and practices. Manage projecttimelines priorities and resources to ensure timely delivery ofhighquality solutions. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including product management QA andoperations to ensure successful projectdelivery. Troubleshoot and resolve technicalissues as they arise working closely with the development team toimplement effectivesolutions.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield. 8 years of experience in softwaredevelopment with a strong focus on fullstack development using theMEAN Stack. Minimum 4 years of experience inNode.js development. Proficiency inTypeScript for building scalable and maintainableapplications. Strong understanding ofsoftware architecture design patterns and bestpractices. Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills with attention to detail.Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring juniordevelopers. Experience managing projects andleading development teams. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with stakeholders at alllevels.
PreferredQualifications:
Experience with other JavaScript frameworks such as React orVue.js. Knowledge of cloud platforms andservices such as AWS or Azure. Certificationin relevant technologies or methodologies is aplus.
