JobDescription:We are seeking adynamic and motivated Senior Property Manager to join our team. Theideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or coworkingspaces and a passion for creating and maintaining vibrant communityenvironments.
Responsibilities:Oversee the daytoday operations of the multiple properties ensuringa high level of customer satisfaction.Foster a welcoming and inclusive communityatmosphere. Coordinate and manage events andactivities to engage community members.Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues promptly andefficiently. Collaborate with variousdepartments to ensure seamless propertymanagement. Monitor and manage budgetsexpenses and financial reports. Ensure theproperties are wellmaintained and meets all safety and regulatorystandards.
Requirements:Previous experience in hospitality coworking spaces or relatedfields. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills. Strong organizationaland problemsolving abilities. Ability towork independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in property management software is aplus. Candidates from Mumbai will bepreferred.Mumbai Locals are preferred.
