Job Profile: Property Manager


  • Manage, oversee, and enhance the overall operations of residential properties.
  • Coordinate overall administration, property maintenance, and flat owner relations.
  • Prepare comprehensive management reports for all flat owners on a monthly basis, including various analyses.
  • Prepare and manage annual operating budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all property management policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Handle emergency situations promptly and effectively to minimize impact.
  • Supervise contractors and maintenance staff for services and repairs to property.
  • Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of property conditions.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair works, including routine services and emergency repairs, to maintain or enhance the value of the property.
  • Update and maintain property condition reports with respect to terrace, HVAC units, parking lot, etc.
  • Maintain a schedule of service contracts by property.
  • Review real estate tax assessments, and coordinate appeals when necessary.
  • Manage the recurring manual billings (water, sewer, electric, etc.).
  • Review annual expense reconciliations and handle correspondence with residents.
  • Maintains professional and positive relationships with agencies, owners/boards and public officials.
  • Monitors staff compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, MSDS, employee safety policy and other applicable codes and regulations.
