AdHoc Minds a leading company based in Delhi isseeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Manager to joinour team. As a Customer SuccessManager you will be responsible for ensuring thesuccess and satisfaction of our valued customers. This is aparttime position with one openingavailable.

JobResponsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships withcustomers becoming a trusted advisor to understand their needs andgoals
  • Proactivelyengage with customers to drive product adoption ensure customersatisfaction and identify opportunities forgrowth
  • Provideproduct demonstrations training sessions and onboarding support tocustomers
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues or concernsin a timely manner
  • Monitor customer accounts track usage metricsand provide datadriven insights andrecommendations
  • Prepare and deliver regular performancereports to customers highlighting key achievements andKPIs
  • Identify upselland crosssell opportunities working closely with the sales team todrive revenue growth
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends bestpractices and competitive landscape to better serve ourcustomers
EssentialQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in a customerfacing rolesuch as Customer Success Manager Account Manager or SalesRepresentative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust withcustomers
  • Strongproblemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to effectively addresscustomer challenges
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented mindsetwith the ability to work independently and as part of ateam
Desired Experience:
  • Prior experience in the SaaSindustry or working with software products
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer successtools
  • Familiaritywith data analysis and reporting
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teamsincluding sales marketing and productdevelopment
  • Understanding of customer successmethodologies and best practices
