Founded in 1978 by Nand Kishore Chaudhary, the company now operates over 7000 looms and sells in more than 100 countries. Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for our luxury retail operations. This senior-level, full-time position is based in Bangalore Urban and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of work experience, particularly in leadership and luxury goods sales, and will be responsible for managing store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
Qualifications and Skills
- Leadership (Mandatory skill): Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate staff effectively.
- Retail Sales (Mandatory skill): Extensive experience in managing retail sales operations to drive revenue and meet targets.
- Luxury Goods Sales (Mandatory skill): Specialized experience in selling luxury goods and offering high-end customer service.
- Visual Merchandising: Ability to create visually appealing store displays that attract customers and drive sales.
- Sales Management: Strong sales management skills to oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and track sales performance.
- Team Building: Exceptional team-building capabilities to cultivate a cohesive and productive work environment.
- HNI Client Servicing: Proficient in high-net-worth individual (HNI) client servicing, ensuring premium customer satisfaction.
- Concept Selling: Adept at understanding and selling complex product concepts to diverse customer segments.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and maximize profitability.
- Maintain high standards of luxury brand representation, ensuring premium customer service at all times.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appeal and customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Coordinate with the corporate office to align store operations with overall business goals and strategies.
