Business Manager Enterprise Sales

We are looking for an entrepreneurial driven colleague to help lead the strategic development and execution of sales and farming Key accounts. Our ideal candidate will possess strategic vision and the ability to execute it.

Responsibilities:


  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of the Corporate segment within the Delhi/NCR region to identify key clients and to promote and sell the entire range of IT solutions.
  • Establish relationships with customers and secure contracts and execute strategy for account and achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle customer engagement to closed sales.
  • Qualify opportunity inside account and create solutions.
  • Consult about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each. Should be very well versed on TCO/ROI study.
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers.
  • Draft and deliver proposals.
  • Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales.
  • Report on sales activity through CRM.
  • Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions.
  • Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods.
  • Work with delivery teams to to ensure customer delight.

Key Techno-commercial Acumen:


  • Understand wide range of solutions & services around IT infrastructure like Intel Servers, Storage, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, UNIX Servers, Virtualisation, DataCentre solution, Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions.
  • Experience of Advisory/Consulting and help customers in creating business case for IT infrastructure transformation. Should be able to understand Hybrid cloud environment and DR/BCP
  • Should be equipped to handle cloud specific technologies.
  • Should have knowledge of Mails, Virtualisation & ERP setups.
  • Understand and perform TCO/ROI study
  • Should be able to handle negotiations with CXOs.

Qualification & Experience:


  • Bachelors Engineering degree from a premium college or MBA preferred.
  • Throughout your education should have cleared examination >60% (10th, 12th, B.Tech/MBA)
  • Minimum 10 years proven success in solution-based selling, preferably IT Infrastructure to manufacturing, BFSI and ITeS industry.
  • Proven sales experience of Servers, Storage, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, UNIX Servers, Virtualisation, DataCentre Solution, Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions along with Network & Network Security related Solutions.
  • Consistent Top Performer.
