Desiredskills:
  1. Aproven work experience of 810 years in building high quality andperformance effective APIs using PHP or LumenFramework.
  2. Solid understanding of AWS servicessuch as API Gateway Lambda SQS CloudFront Aurora (MySQL) and CodePipeline/Deploy.
  3. Extensive experience workingwith cloud computing technologies with practical experience workingwith microservices containers and largedatasets.
  4. Handson experience working withdatabases such as MySQL and AWS Aurora.
  5. Handsonexperience working with caching technologies such as RedisMemcached etc.
  6. Strong knowledge of CI/CDpipelines and experience in tools such as Jira Git SonarQubeetc.
  7. Experience in using any of the API devtools such as Swagger Postman etc.
  8. Use the YAMLto define and manage deployment configurations making sure thatapplications are consistently deployed across differentenvironments.
  9. Optimize API for performancescalability and reliability identifying and resolving bottlenecksand performance issues.
  10. Clear understanding ofdifferent software architectures software engineering principlesand patterns (eg microservices serverless distributed systems) withnonfunctional and security considerations are not anafterthought.
  11. Good understanding of APIManagement concepts which includes API Design & DevelopmentSecurity Governance & Control API Documentation APIMonitoring & reporting.
  12. Awareness ofsecurity considerations and security tools used to integrate withthe build pipeline covering the OWASP top 10 and Burpsuite.
  13. Good exposure to web technologies suchas HTML CSS XML JSTL XSLT SOAP/RESTFULwebservices.
