Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Real Estate) to join our team at Urban Living. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships in the real estate industry. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales and business development within the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Leadership abilities and a proactive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
