The company also offers web solutions including website design and software development.

Role Description

DAccess Security Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing operations. This is an on-site role located in Pune . The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, building and managing a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Experience

Previous experience working in LV Systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Barrier Gates, Software Sales) etc. 3+ years sales experience is same domain, Min 3+ years experience in Sales.


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in security systems or related field
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce or Zoho
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of security and surveillance equipment is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
