Job Title: Treasury Global Process Owner
Reporting: Reports directly to Global Service Delivery and Transformation Lead
Job Purpose

The Treasury - Global Process Owner will be responsible for process management and E2E governance of the treasury and banking processes. He will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and standardization across the function from a process, people and technology perspective.
Key Responsibilities
The Treasury Global Process owner key responsibilities are:
• Develop and refine the “Vision and Strategy” components for designated end-to-end process area.
• Ownership of ‘to-be’ and ‘as-is’ Global process design taxonomy and the associated metrics for the treasury domain. Ownership includes defining Global processes, policies, procedures and templates, conducting impact assessment workshop and approval of process changes plus enabling IT system changes
• Enforces adherence to global design, process and template. Identify, escalate and work with the Service Delivery teams to eliminate process deviations that are not driven by local, regulatory or statutory considerations
• Ability to define, scope, plan and work with the IT team to implement treasury solutions
• Should have good knowledge of treasury tools to articulate business and technical requirements.
• Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions, perform Fit/Gap Analysis, document decisions, maintain configuration documentation, facilitate testing activities, and coordinate deployment activities
• Contribute to the definition, implementation and evolution of the enterprise-wide business process governance model. Lead and support change management and communication efforts for all treasury related transformation projects
• Define, monitor and drive improvement of end-to-end process performance metrics. Incl. as-is baselines and target future state KPIs.
• Own the implementation of analytics to identify opportunities and drive efficiencies across the treasury domain
• Draft and implement a consistent Global Treasury policy and procedure document. Lead policy governance and compliance across all BBS locations
• Monitor and embrace cross-industry best practices for Treasury process area, to fast-track process maturity and identify opportunities to lead transformation projects
• Periodically participate in Governance meetings with various stakeholder to review current processes and align them with Global strategy across the SSC, Global and Local/BU functional teams
• Increase general process awareness across the enterprise incl. business rules and key interfaces – reinforce the benefits to Customers and the organization of complying to global processes
• Monitor Process Controls and ensure all observations by Internal Audit group are mitigated/resolved
Knowledge and Experience
• Essential: Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry, FMCG and Manufacturing preferred
• Language and global skills: High fluency English, global experience preferred
• 10 + years’ work experience in SAP, ideally within an multi-tenant environment with deep subject matter expertise across the solution
• Working independently—You are self-motivated and take initiative. You look for opportunities to contribute and work well with a virtual team. You’re enthusiastic about working with a global team, and comfortable being responsive and flexible across time zones
• Successful track record of end to end process transformation and improvement using technology , machine learning, artificial intelligence
• Experience managing teams and stakeholders, and an orientation towards achieving results.
• Solid understanding of Finance and other functions, operating models and supporting organization structures, and process
• Project management experience including: defining scope, setting project timelines and milestones, identifying risks, and driving deliverables
• Respected and trusted leadership with proven track record of achievement, and reputation as a leader of change and passion about speed and simplicity.
• Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential
• Willing and able to create detailed solutions and troubleshoot issues when needed
• Experience working with external partners (systems integrators)
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
