Weare seeking a highly skilled Campaign Specialist to join ourdynamic marketing team. As a Campaign Specialist you will play apivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts particularlyfocusing on Facebook Ads Paid Marketing Performance Marketing andLead Generation campaigns through IVR SMS andWhatsApp.

Responsibilities:
  • Developexecute and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to drive brandawareness engagement andconversions.
  • Planimplement and manage paid marketing campaigns across variousplatforms to meet specific marketing objectives andKPIs.
  • Utilize performance marketingstrategies to maximize ROI including but not limited to CPC CPA andCPM optimization.
  • Create and managelead generation marketing campaigns through IVR SMS and WhatsApp tocapture and nurture leads throughout the salesfunnel.
  • Analyze campaign performancedata and metrics to identify trends insights and opportunities forimprovement.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including design content and product teams toensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategy and brandguidelines.Stay updated on industry trends best practices andemerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness continuallyand efficiency.
  • Provide regularreports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performancehighlighting key metrics and actionablerecommendations.

Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Advertising Business or relatedfield.
  • Minimum 1 yearof experience in digital marketing with a focus on Facebook AdsPaid Marketing Performance Marketing and Lead Generationcampaigns.
  • Proven track record ofsuccessfully managing and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns toachieve desired results.
  • Strongunderstanding of paid marketing principles and strategies withproficiency in CPC CPA and CPM optimizationtechniques.
  • Experience in designingand executing lead generation campaigns through IVR SMS andWhatsApp with a demonstrated ability to drive lead acquisition andconversion.
  • Excellent analyticalskills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to informdecisionmaking and optimize campaignperformance.
  • Exceptionalcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability to workeffectively in a crossfunctional teamenvironment.
  • Selfmotivated anddetailoriented with a passion for staying abreast of industrytrends and bestpractices.
  • Proficiency in marketinganalytics tools such as Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager andCRM systems.
PreferredQualifications
  • Experiencewith A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimize campaignperformance.
  • Familiaritywith marketing automation platforms and tools for lead nurturingand workflowautomation.
  • Certifications inFacebook Blueprint Google Ads or related digital marketingplatforms.
