HR Manager for Talent Acquisition Employer Tie-ups

Job Brief:As the Talent Acquisition HRManager for the Hotel & Hospitality Industry you will beresponsible for sourcing recruiting and onboarding eligible staffand executives to join our dynamic team. In addition to traditionalrecruitment responsibilities you will also play a key role indeveloping and maintaining strategic partnerships and employertieups within theindustry.

Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attractqualified candidates for various positions within the Hotel &Hospitality industry including but not limited to managerialoperational and specialized roles.
2. Utilize a varietyof sourcing methods including job boards social media networkingevents and industryspecific platforms to build a robust candidatepipeline.
3. Conduct thorough screening processesincluding resume reviews phone screenings and interviews to assesscandidate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
4.Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers andother stakeholders ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitmentprocess.
5. Collaborate with department heads and seniormanagement to understand staffing needs and develop tailoredrecruitment plans to meet those needs.
6. Manage theendtoend recruitment process from initial candidate contact tooffer negotiation and onboarding ensuring a positive candidateexperience throughout.
7. Develop and maintain strongrelationships with external partners including educationalinstitutions industry organizations and recruitment agencies toenhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
8.Stay informed about industry trends market conditions andcompetitor practices to continuously improve recruitment strategiesand stay ahead of the curve.
9. Track recruitment metricsand provide regular reports to management highlighting key insightsand areas for improvement.
10. Assist in the developmentand implementation of HR policies and procedures related torecruitment ensuring compliance with relevant laws andregulations.

SkillsRequired:

1. Bachelors degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or a related field; advanced degree or HRcertification preferred.
2. Proven experience inrecruitment and talent acquisition preferably within the Hotel& Hospitality industry.
3. Strong understanding ofrecruitment best practices including sourcing techniques candidateassessment methods and employment law compliance.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto build rapport with candidates hiring managers and externalpartners.
5. Highly organized with strong attention todetail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpacedenvironment.
6. Strategic thinker with the ability todevelop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned withorganizational goals.
7. Proficient in using HRIS ATS andother recruitment software/tools.
8. Flexibility totravel as needed for industry events campus recruitment and othernetworking opportunities.
