Tracking of commodity dispersion of mechanical ROs getting closed in system Region wise/dealer wise commodity sale understanding and management alerts generation  Data mining and analysis basis management direction Basis past data, data models to be prepared to ensure data based actions area taken Data based customer campaigns to be designed with marketing team to ensure maximum impact

Part pricing basis market study and data projection & Dashboards

Part pricing to be done basis data modelling and ensuring data based approach to predict future GP gain due to part pricing. Preparation of Dashboards for Management

Increasing penetration of Pre-paid maintenance plan, Extended warranty & RSA packages for increasing customer retention in channel

Improving Dealer Dispersion by conducting reviews with field team Bottom dealer improvement Launching plans basis market & competition study Enhancing dealer satisfaction

Designing and implementing schemes to increase PMP EW penetration

Designing schemes basis market trend to ensure better penetration Alignment with finance for roll out of scheme E-decision submission and approval Market communication Payment to manpower basis scheme at the end of scheme period Scheme Payout on time to dealer manpower Scheme outcome analysis and future actions

PMP kitty monitoring and pricing strategy

Ensuring Kitty is maintained at 70% In case of spend more than 70%, product pricing working to be done (PMP only) Monthly review with vendor on performance and operational parameters Monitoring and working with

Ensuring Claim TAT under control

Review and monitor service level TAT from supplier Take customer centric decision to ensure service levels

Dealer training and control
