Looking for an InstructionalDesigner from ELearningindustry.

Designation:Instructional Designer Consultant/Manager

MustHave: Should have min 7 yearsexp. on Instructional Designing and Handson exp. with authoringtools such as Articulate (Storyline Rise 360) Captivate Camtasiaetc. and having worked in an environment following ADDIE and Agilemethodologies

Qualification:Bachelors degree or high school diploma with 7 yearsof experience in Instructional Design or relatedfield

Location:Mumbai

Experience:Min 7 years (From Elearningbackground)

JobDescription:
i.Develop learning objectives as per theunderstanding from the client/SMEs discussions and ensure thecontent design is in alignment with theseobjectives.
ii. Performindepth analysis of the content and requirements shared by theClient.
iii. Use instructionaldesign techniques and strategies to develop design documentsstoryboards presentations worksheets job aids assessments scriptsand other elearning material asrequired.
iv.Rephrase content as required to meet theelearning needs; suggest the appropriate elearning methodologyincluding but not limited to webbased learning microlearning videomodules animations interactive playbooks.
v. Createinnovative and engaging elearning storyboards for the intendedaudience after incorporating newage and leading bestpractices.
vi. Coordinate with theconcerned SME/client for elearning script and content validation;make necessary modifications assuggested.
vii. Develop coursesusing Articulate Storyline Captivate and other authoringtools.
viii.Collaborate with Visual/ UX DesignerTechnical Designer QA Tester for elearning production asrequired.
ix. Provide QAsupport where needed such as proofreading materials for spellinggrammar punctuation consistency and ensuring the elearning meetsintended objectives.
x. Create allelearning collaterals and supporting materials including but notlimited to agendas schedules quick reference guides handouts jobaids trainer/learner guides FAQs feedback forms quizzes/assessments/ tests to evaluate and measure learnerknowledge
xi. Coordinate andprogram manage the engagement independently manage administrativeand compliance related tasks and activities.

RequirementsRequirements:
Theconsultant shouldpossess:
Demonstratedknowledge of appropriate tools and resources used to developtraining content (i.e. Articulate Storyline Captivate MS OfficeSuite Flash Adobe Suite SnagIt LMS and videodevelopment).
Experience withauthoring tools such as Articulate (Storyline Rise 360) CaptivateCamtasia etc. and having worked in an environment following ADDIEand Agile methodologies.
Excellent written and oral communicationskills.
Experience conductingtraining needs analysis/ research to identify the specificknowledge skills and behaviours needed to achieve desiredperformance levels.
Experienceconducting audience analysis (i.e. targeted audiences currentskills performance gaps special needs prior knowledge andattitudes) and identifying and communicating potentialchallenges/obstacles to successful businessoutcomes.
Experience developinglearning objectives based on appropriate analysis and applyingprinciples of adult learning and training best practices to createeffective and innovative training designsolutions.
Experience invisualization of content presentation as per the latest andcontemporary learning designtechniques.

Requirements. The consultant should possess: Demonstrated knowledgeof appropriate tools and resources used to develop training content(i.e., Articulate Storyline, Captivate, MS Office Suite, Flash,Adobe Suite, SnagIt, LMS and video development) Experience withauthoring tools such as Articulate (Storyline, Rise, 360),Captivate, Camtasia, etc. and having worked in an environmentfollowing ADDIE and Agile methodologies Excellent written and oralcommunication skills Experience conducting training needs analysis/research to identify the specific knowledge, skills, and behaviorsneeded to achieve desired performance levels Experience conductingaudience analysis (i.e., targeted audiences, current skills,performance gaps, special needs, prior knowledge and attitudes),and identifying and communicating potential challenges/obstacles tosuccessful business outcomes Experience developing learningobjectives based on appropriate analysis and applying principles ofadult learning and training best practices to create effective andinnovative training design solutions Experience in visualization ofcontent presentation as per the latest and contemporary learningdesign techniques
