We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality training materials.


Job Overview:

As an Instructional Designer at The Wise Blend, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing interactive and effective training materials. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and utilize your expertise in instructional design and Articulate Storyline to create engaging learning experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and develop clear learning objectives.
  • Design and develop interactive training materials using Articulate Storyline.
  • Apply instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics and video, to enhance learner engagement.
  • Review and revise existing training materials for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Keep up-to-date with instructional design trends and advancements, particularly in the use of Articulate Storyline.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless delivery of training materials.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an instructional designer, with expertise in Articulate Storyline.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Proficiency in developing interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline.
  • Familiarity with multimedia design and the ability to incorporate multimedia elements into training materials.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
