KeyResponsibilities
1. Client Engagement &Relationship Management: Conduct regular meetingswith clients (investors developers and stakeholders) to discussinvestment strategies portfolio updates and performance. Build andmaintain strong relationships with clients ensuring continuousengagement a: nd satisfaction.
2. Investment DueDiligence: Conduct comprehensive financial andtechnical due diligence for potential real estate investmentopportunities. Prepare detailed documentation and reports on thefinancial health market analysis legal and regulatory compliance ofreal estate assets. Work closely with internal and external teams(legal finance technical) to assess project risks andopportunities.
3.Investment Monitoring & Reporting:Oversee the performance and progress of real estate assets undermanagement (AUM) within the AIF funds. Monitor cash flows IRR(Internal Rate of Return) NAV (Net Asset Value) and other financialmetrics to ensure investments align with expected returns. Provideregular asset performance reports and updates to senior managementclients and investors. Track project milestones and flag potentialdelays or risks initiating corrective actions as needed.
4. RiskManagement: Identify and assess risks related tomarket changes financial health and project execution. Develop riskmitigation strategies to safeguard investor capital and enhance theportfolios performance.
5. Collaboration withTeams: Coordinate with the assetmanageement legal compliance and technical teams toensure thorough due diligence and proper documentation for eachinvestment. Facilitate clear communication between differentdepartments to streamline the investment process. Qualifications& Skills:
Key Skills: Strong understanding of real estate markets financialmodeling and investment strategies. Expertise in financial andtechnical due diligence including legal and regulatory requirementsin real estate. Excellent communication negotiation and clientmanagement skills. Proficiency in investment management softwareand advanced knowledge of Excel andPowerPoint.
