Platform Management &Administration:

InfrastructureOperations:

Administer and manage SQLServer databases ensuring data integrity security andperformance.

ServiceManagement:

Manage incidents changes andproblems using ServiceNow ensuring adherence to ITIL best practicesand minimizing servicedisruptions.

Security &Compliance:

TechnicalSkills:

BPMN:Expertise in IBMBPM.

Languages:Proficiency in JavaScript CSS Java (versions 8 11 or 17) andSQL.

Database:Experience with MS SQL MySQL andMongoDB.

JavaFrameworks: Expertise in SpringBoot.

ORMFrameworks: Strong knowledge ofHibernate.

VersionControl: Proficient withGit.

Cloud:Experience with any cloud platform preferablyPaaS.
