Senior SAP ECC 6.0 Plant Maintenance Consultant SAP Experience / Skills Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) Preferably Engineering; Minimum two e2e Implementation Projects along with experience in Support / Roll out / Upgrade Projects; 6 to 9 Yrs. of Relevant experience; Domain Experience required; Strong knowledge of Business Processes; Good understanding of functional/domain knowledge; Implementation Methodology; Hands-on experience in configuration; Management of Technical objects including serial number management; Equipment’s, Functional Locations, Work Centers; Bill of Materials (BOM); Material and serial number combination Warranties; Classes and characteristics installed base Measurement Point and Documents; Warranty management and Maintenance Planning, Work orders; Task list, Maintenance items; Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Processing, Notification Types; Objects and Object Information; Catalogs and Catalog Profiles; Processing Refurbishment Tasks, Task List Management; Plant Maintenance in the Organizational Structures of Accounting; Processing Maintenance projects; Controlling Functions in Plant Maintenance; Data Migration; Expected to have experience in Client Facing roles and proven delivery quality under tight project timelines; Preferred industries: Utilities, Nuclear Energy; Middle-east implementation experience preferred. Additional Preferred Knowledge: SAP ABAP programming experience preferred. Business Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely; Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; Understanding of business processes for focus area or module; Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks; Strong analytical skills; Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application and can identify touch points between modules. Consulting Skills Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communication clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff; Ability to explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and client personnel; Has a solid foundation for consulting “soft” skills necessary for client engagements; Ability to interpret requirements and apply SAP best practices; Uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client’s business environment to achieve the expected business results; Lead and consult with client technical/functional teams to design and invent processes and solutions to optimize performance; Coordinate teams in discovering, understanding, and resolving anomalies to ensure solution and delivery quality; Taking complex requirements and either matching them to out-of-box capabilities or achieving a final design through minimal customization of the PM solution; Conducting formal blueprinting workshops for small to larger business users; Review the pros/cons of potential design options with clients and guide them to an optimized AP solution design; Configuring and testing SAP PM systems to reflect designed solutions; Creating project documentation (Infrastructure, Configuration, Functional Design, ; You will assist customers in the decision process; Be able to give product training to clients; Actively share product and functional knowledge within the team; Participate in presales activities and product demonstrations; Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities; Travel may be required based on business demands.
