Useof Tools and Methods: Superior knowledge ofstandard software tools related to daily position responsibilitiesanswers questions for colleagues related to those tools and leadstutorials on best practices for using softwaretools; Provides teams and colleagues andcustomers with context for how software tools enhance their abilityto perform their duties more efficiently and effectively stronglypromotes agile philosophy and ways ofworking.
FinancialManagement: Able to create tools andprocesses around internal and externalreporting; Able to support strategydiscussions based on reported data; Able toaddress issues based on data; Ensureseffectiveness of the project (productivity/billability forcompany)
ClientManagement: Able to spot businessdevelopment opportunities and involve relevantpeople Able to design and facilitate clientworkshops Able to spot potential issues andminimize the impact by effective managementAble to handle large transformation programme within onecustomer Able to work with seniorstakeholders to define long term programmestrategy
ProjectTeam Management (internal): Effectivelymanages project team and resolves issuesTakes initiative to identify potential resources before liaisingwith resourcing team Trains team members inscrum methodology Manages multiple teams ina large programme or multipleprojects
ChangeManagement: Is comfortable with ambiguityand rapidly changing environment; Able toinfluence and drive change; Can identifypotential changes as risks before theyoccur; Able to mitigate the impact ofchanges and replan accordingly; Able toimprove the changeprocess.
Risksand Issues Management: Manages risks andissues on project level and programlevel
