Job Profile: IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the development and maintenance of our platform.
Job Description:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects for the coupon website.
Team Management:
Manage and lead a team of developers, designers, and other IT professionals.
Provide direction and support to the project team.
Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members are fully utilized.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.
Ensure stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and outcomes.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
Implement and monitor testing procedures to ensure the quality of the website.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on project risks and implement contingency plans as necessary.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
Track project expenses and adjust budgets as necessary.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze project performance, using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Prepare and present project performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the e-commerce or coupon industry.
Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
Familiarity with CMS platforms and e-commerce solutions.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
Project Management Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Analytical Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data and make informed project decisions.
