- Manageteam of Acquisition Managers to source NTB customers inAgri SME space.
- Acceptable knowledgeof respective geography and ability to recruit quality team membersquickly.
- To understand customersbusiness model decent ability to appraise financials and identifysuitable NTB business opportunities for Working capital(fund based/nonfund based) and Term Loan facilities inAgri Food processing & MSMEIndustries.
- Cross sellliability and other third party products on newly onboarded customers.
- Closely work withCredit and risk function legal and technical teams RCAD and GR/GTSteam for smooth customer onboarding & effective riskmanagement.
- To collaborate withinternal bank channels and develop open market sourcing thru DMA sCA s and financials consultants. Ability to develop network& channels in various business segments thruassociations and industry bodies ware house managersetc.
- Improve efficiency bymonitoring and suggesting improvement in processes basis groundreality and markettrends.
Requirements
- CA/ Graduate / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate in Banking andFinance.
- Strongoral and written Communication.
- Relationshipand team leading Skill
