JobDescription:Embedded SystemsArchitect responsibilities include designing and implementingsoftware of embedded devices and systems review and design codeintegrate and validate new product designs and develop systemsoftware from design throughdebugging.
Roles&Responsibilities:1.Design and Implementation: An embedded systemsarchitect designs and implements software for embedded devices.This includes developing code integrating components and validatingnew productdesigns.2.Code Review and Design: They review and design code toensure it meets quality standards and aligns with systemrequirements.3.System Integration: The architect integrates variouscomponents of the system ensuring seamless communication andfunctionality.4.System Software Development: They develop systemsoftware from the initial design phase through debugging andtesting.
SpecificSkills:EmbeddedSystemsDevelopment:
  • Proficiencyin programming languages commonly used in embedded systems such asC/C and Python.
  • Understanding of realtimeoperating systems (RTOS) and theirconstraints.
HardwareKnowledge:
  • Familiaritywith hardware components (sensors actuators memoryetc.).
  • Ability to read schematics anddatasheets.
  • Knowledge of digital and analogelectronics.
SoftwareDesign andArchitecture:
  • Strongunderstanding of software design patterns andprinciples.
  • Ability to create modular scalableand maintainable softwarearchitectures.
  • Knowledge of interprocesscommunication (IPC)mechanisms.
SystemLevelThinking:
  • Ability tosee the big picture and design systems that meet overallrequirements.
  • Balancing tradeoffs betweenperformance power consumption andcost.
