Job Title: Embedded Systems & IoT Trainer

Location: Teknomindz Institute of Advanced Technology - Pune

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Job Summary: As an Embedded Systems & IoT Trainer at Teknomindz Institute of Advanced Technology, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in the fields of embedded systems and the Internet of Things (IoT). You will design and deliver course content, mentor students, and stay updated with the latest industry trends to ensure that the training provided is cutting-edge and relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Course Development:
  • Design, develop, and update course materials and training programs for embedded systems and IoT.
  • Create practical lab exercises and projects that enhance hands-on learning.
  • Develop assessment tools to evaluate students’ progress and understanding.
  1. Training Delivery:
  • Conduct training sessions for students and professionals in embedded systems and IoT.
  • Use a variety of instructional techniques and formats to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Provide individual mentoring and guidance to help students with their projects and coursework.
  1. Student Engagement:
  • Foster an interactive and collaborative learning environment.
  • Encourage student participation and provide constructive feedback.
  • Monitor student progress and provide additional support where needed.
  1. Industry Collaboration:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in embedded systems and IoT.
  • Collaborate with industry professionals to ensure training content is aligned with current industry standards.
  • Facilitate industry connections and opportunities for students.
  1. Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
  • Assist with curriculum planning and development in alignment with the institute's goals.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in embedded systems, IoT, and related technologies.
  • Previous teaching or training experience is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in microcontroller programming (e.g., ARM, AVR, PIC).
  • Knowledge of IoT protocols and platforms (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, AWS IoT).
  • Familiarity with embedded C/C++, Python, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with hardware interfaces (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C) and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certifications in Embedded Systems, IoT, or related fields (e.g., ARM Accredited Engineer, IoT Practitioner).
