Job Overview


We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Charity Intern to join our team at ADM Education & Welfare Society. As a Charity Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various charitable initiatives and make a positive impact on society. This is a part-time, hybrid, remote internship position, and the job location is Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This is an excellent opportunity for a Fresher with less than 1 year of experience to gain practical knowledge and skills in the non-profit sector.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Passionate about making a positive impact on society.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with fundraising techniques and principles is desirable.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist in planning and organizing fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Support the implementation of charitable projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct research on potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing grant proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage and update fundraising databases and donor records.
  • Assist in creating and updating promotional materials and social media content.
  • Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for fundraising and awareness activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in the non-profit sector.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and responding to inquiries.
