We havebeen instrumental (for the last few years) in developing the brandequity of treatment in India across the world we have achieved thisthrough timely and accurate responses, coupled with puttingpatient-interests above everything else.

Ourstep of activities largely comprise as follows:

Identify the hospital and line of treatment (under expertguidance)

Receive the travellers at theairport.

Ensure the right guesthouse for thetravellers.

Handhold the patients through thetreatment process at the hospital (in person and/or by phone as andwhen required)

Monitor and track all theadmission formalities.

Provide regular medicalupdates to the sponsor of the treatment (such as, the insuranceagency, charity organization, employer, etc)

Keep track of the additional requirements (if discovered during thetreatment) and organize interventions accordingly -to strive toensure that the treatment process does not get disrupted.

Handhold the travellers if they wish to get visa for anyother country on their way back home (at extra cost)

Handhold the travellers during theirshopping/sight-seeing tours we may or may accompany the travellers,but we coordinate for a smooth and pleasurable experience (at extracost)

In case the patient/attendant are Englishconstrained, then provide interpreter services (at extracost)

Job Description:

Understand and manage Accounts, billings and receivable(under expert guidance)

Identify the hospitaland line of treatment (under expert guidance)

Ensure the right guesthouse for the travellers (through theselected hospital)

Handhold the patients throughthe treatment process at the hospital (by phone as and whenrequired; you may need to go once in a while in person, but largelyit will be by phone and email)

Monitor andtrack all the admission formalities (by phone and email)

Provide regular medical updates to the sponsor of thetreatment (such as, the insurance agency, charity organization,employer, etc) by email.

Keep track of theadditional requirements (if discovered during the treatment) andorganize interventions accordingly -to strive to ensure that thetreatment process does not get disrupted by email/phone.

In case the patient/attendant areEnglish constrained, then provide interpreter services (at extracost)

Once you have understood & gottrained in the job (and you feel you would want to do businessdevelopment), then:

o Create new relationshipsoverseas via e-mails, phone & social media.

o Make calls to doctors and other potential clients basedin other countries to make them our channel partner &continuously engage with them with persistent follow up.

o Manage international relationships with existing channelpartners like doctors, hospitals, insurance companies, travelcompanies, corporates, etc.

o Increase business& revenues through existing channel partner(s) by creatingand implementing promotional strategies, offering value adds& incentive plans etc.

o Createliterature/opinions/blogs about various treatments, hospitals,doctors, etc.

o Meet revenue targets.

o Any other work that may be helpful to developbusiness.
