We are seeking a talented and dynamic Design Manager- Workplace, You will be a key point of contact for our clients and will be coordinating with the Interior design team and the project execution team and other project stakeholders on design deliverables and implementation as per the design intent. 

In brief 

● You will have to manage the design process and bridge the gap between the concept Designer & the execution team. 

● You will be responsible for implementing an appropriate framework for corporate interior fit-out projects 

● You will have to ensure design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales. 

● You will have to ensure the Design, QS & Project Management teams are working closely and aligned to respective deliverables & assignments. 

● You will manage the design and site delivery team’s performance of delegated responsibilities. 

● You will have to support, understand and advise the client as to the requirements and his/her obligations in the development of the design. 

● You will have to strive to eliminate health and safety risks in the design and financial risks during construction. 

● You will coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders. 

Requirements

What we expect 

● You have relevant experience of managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects & experience in site coordination. 

● You have a degree in Architecture / Interior Designing with a Post graduation in Project management. 

● You are tech-savvy, and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives. 

● You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 

● You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
