Hire, Develop, Let goRequirement : --Excellent Written and Verbal communication-Require Minimum 7 + yrs of experience-Should Have a Strong Team Management experience-3 years experience handling clients for interior design projects-B.Arch/M.Arch/Bachelor/Master in interior Designing and equivalentTechnical Skills:-Advanced Understanding of Modular Design-Problem Solving-Planning and Organization-Customer OrientationThis role is critical in marshaling the company's central key resource - Designers and Design Partners. Handling the team well results in the organization realizing its key goals of Revenue, Customer Satisfaction, and Employee Satisfaction. The role is hence central to the long-term success of the organization.
