Customer Experience & Relationship Management.-

Ensuring output on design Net Promoter Survey (Customner rating).-

Training designers on technical details (wherever required).-

Managing/ leading design discussions.EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS-

Bachelors Qualification preferably B.Arch, B.Interior Design.-

Masters/ Specialization: Construction Planning Management,MBA, Design Management.-

3+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.-

Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end to end project management).
