Thisrole requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI) and extensive experience in presales delivery and programmanagement. The successful candidate will be responsible forleading a team of architects overseeing the endtoend delivery ofOCI projects and driving successful presales activities. This is aseniorlevel position that requires strong leadership technicalexpertise and exceptional communicationskills.Responsibilities:1.Presales Leadership:
  • Collaboratewith the sales team to understand customer requirements and developcompelling OCI solutions.
  • Lead the creation oftechnical proposals presentations estimations and demonstrations toshowcase the value of OCI to potentialclients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clientsproviding expert guidance on OCI architecture and bestpractices.
  • 2. DeliveryManagement:
  • Oversee the endtoend delivery ofOCI projects ensuring successful implementation and customersatisfaction.
  • Define project scope objectivesand deliverables and develop detailed projectplans.
  • Manage project resources timelines andbudgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and withinbudget.
  • Monitor project progress identify risksand implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful projectoutcomes.
  • 3. ProgramManagement:
  • Lead and manage multiple OCIprojects simultaneously ensuring alignment with organizationalgoals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintainprogramlevel plans schedules andbudgets.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teamsto ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout theprogram lifecycle.
  • Monitor program performanceidentify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions asneeded.
  • 4. TeamLeadership:
  • Lead a team of architects providingguidance mentorship and support to ensure their professional growthand development.
  • Foster a collaborative andinclusive team culture promoting knowledge sharing and continuouslearning.
  • Conduct performance evaluationsprovide feedback and identify training needs for teammembers.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience inpresales delivery and program management preferably in the cloudservices industry.
  • Strong knowledge and handsonexperience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture andcore OCI services like compute storage security (IAM) Logging andmonitoring events and notifications oracle functions OracleKubernetes Engine (OKE) Audit Load balancers Web ApplicationFirewall (WAF) .
  • Proven track record ofsuccessfully leading and delivering complex OCIprojects.
  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills with the ability to effectively communicatetechnical concepts to both technical and nontechnicalstakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and teammanagement skills with the ability to motivate and inspire ateam.
  • Exceptional problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities.
  • Relevantcertifications in OCI or related cloud technologies are highlydesirable.
  • Creating the Highlevel design (HLD)and Lowlevel design (LLD) documents with logical and technicalarchitecture diagrams.
  • Strong skills increating ROM BOM presentation decks etc.
  • Strongleadership and team management skills to lead the team of differentskillsets.
